CORN CHEESE BALL



                       
what is a corn cheese boll? 

Cheese Corn Balls are a classic snack that we enjoy often in India. Here we prepare them similar to the European/French style of fried cheese and corn balls or puffs, known as gougeres. They are crunchy and crispy with a sweet and cheesy inside, and pair great with bright and tangy condiments.



INGREDIENTS

 



1 cup sweet corn 3 paneer 150 grm ½ onion (finely chopped) ½ capsicum (finely chopped) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 chilli (finely chopped) 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped) ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp pepper powder  ½ tsp garam masala ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 tbsp bread crumbs ½ tsp salt

for slurry:

2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp maida / plain flour ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp salt ½ cup water

other ingredients:

 1 cup  breadcrumbs 
 oil (for frying)
 6 mozzarella cheese (balls)







Let's started to make a  recipe first take a pan and fill the water in tha pan and get boil water after boiling a  water add frozen sweet corn and boil 2 to 3 minutes take out in side corn. and smash corn finally put the smash corn in the bowl and add grated  cheese and paneer and all the massala ass quantity we right in ingredients mix well, make sure to mash and combine well forming a dough.

Second step take bowl add wheat flour  and  water mix will it and make a smooth better take another bowl for bread crumbs take a dough and divide 6 place a small mozzarella cheese ball in centre and secure well. ball as you want a size our balls in round shape.
 
 All ball's dip in a  better bowl and excuse and now take it out  and role out in bread crumbs for better covering  equally

freeze for 20 minutes to prevent from cheese melting while deep frying.

 take a non stick kadai and heated oil in medium temperature   and frie ball's 5 to 7 minutes until it's  turnig Golden Browns take out the ball in  platter.




Make a sauce immediately take tomato sauce  red chilli sauce you having a red paprika you will chopped and mixed  you have not red paprika is not required is optional the sauce was ready  and serve with  the  balls.
 Garnish with ko coriander and Sprinkle the chat masala.








Pro Tip.  Balls will be fry medium flame to fully cooked inside minimum fry time 5 to 7 minutes
