                   SOYA MALAI CHAAP 



ABOUT.?For the uninitiated, Soya chaap is a kind of vegetarian meat that resembles the texture of chicken but is actually made of soya beans. This interesting ingredient tastes delicious when it is cooked, in the form of soya chaap curry, soya chaap roll and more. 



INGREDIENTS 

water 

salt to taste 

suger

ginger garlic past 

fresh green chilli 

degi mirch

asfaetida

soya chaap 8-10

oil

dry red chilli 

bay leaf 

black cardmom

ghee

green cardmom

cloves 

black pepper 

ginger chopped

curd

cashew past 

fresh cream 

coriander steam 

tender corieander 


METHOD OF PREPARATION 


for boiling soya chaap 

take a kadhai and heat water salt to taste,sugar½tbsp, 1tbsp ginger garlic past,2 fresh green chilli,degi mirch ½tbsp,astafaetida 1 pinch, soya chaap  6-8 boil it on medium heat for 10 mint.

remove the soya chap in a water and take a side to cool down and dry it using pepper tawal now cut it half and set a side. 


for fying soya chap

heat a oil in pan and add 2 dry chilli,1 bay leaf,2 black cordmom, the boiled &dried soya chaap fry until rurn it to golden brown remove from the  oil now set a side.


for curry 

in kadhai heat 2-3 tbsp ghee then add  2 green cardmom, 2-3 cloves, 6-7 black pepper, and let them crackle. now add ginger and green chilli and sute for few seconds meanwhilein the bowl  add 1 curd and ½cashew past½fresh cream wishek it properly then add in kadhai and keep strring consistency5-6 minutes. 


Now add tender coriander and stem and sugar and continue cooking until ghee sapreting then strain in properly thru a stainer and add the mixutur in kadhai.


Add some water and bring it ti biil then add fried soya chaap chpped,coriander steam and stire it once and continues cooking another 2-3 minutes switch off the flame and serve it in a bowl and garnish with coriander leave and ginger.
