HOT N SOUR SOUP 


ABOUT?.Hot and sour soup - is a popular example of Sichuan cuisine. Similar versions derive from Henan province, near Beijing, and from Henan cuisine , where it may also be known as Hulatang, or Pepper Hot Soup 


INGREDIENTS 

oil 1 tsp 

garlic chopped 1 tsp

ginger chopped ½tsp

greean chilli chopped ½

carrat chopped¼ 

capsicum chopped ¼

cabitch chopped¼

water cup 2

corn starch ½tsp

white pepper ½tsp

black pepper ½

salt to taste 

aromate½

vinegar 1tsp

schezwan ¼tsp

tomato ketchup 1tsp

green chilli source 1tsp

soya souce 1tsp


METHOD OF PREPARATION

Firstly take a heavy button pen and add  oils then add 1 by 1 all green chilli garlic chopped ginger  until reducing that good aroma of then it's looking little golden then add our  vegetables  continuously sote vegetables until 1 to 2 minutes.


Now add are two cup wetet and Flame was going to keep some slow and put the all masala and souces venegar tomato ketchup green chilli  soya sauce and all  of spices that recommended in ingredients.


Now make corn stretch water in a cup and add literally little until the soap is not look in our perfect thick ness add sehezwan and spring onion for garnish your soup was ready to serve.
