ABOUT?. Gajar ka halwa, also known is , gajar pak, and carrot halwa is a carrot-based sweet dessert pudding from Punjab. It is made by placing grated carrots in a pot containing a specific amount of water, milk and sugar, cardamom and then cooking while stirring regularly. 


INGREDIANTS 

gajar greted 500 gram

ghee 150gram

sugar 150 gram

milk 250 gram

kaju 6-7 

badam 5-6

kismiss 8-10 

mawa 100 gram

cordmmam powder ¼ts



METHOD OF PREPARATION

Put in the pan grated gajar  in low flame and stare continuously at least 15 to 20 minute until carrat looking little golden when all the water is reduced add ghee and stair 5-6 mint. 


Add the milk and sugar  and they share the genital lu 5 to 6 minutes until ourselves of again reducing.


Now add mawa  and stair until the mawa malted and  add cordmmom powder halwa was ready to serve garnish with all the dry fruits
