HONEY CHILLI POTATO 


ABOUT?  honey chilli potato comes from basically South America the European  soiler. during the 17th century and 15th century respectivly this is the one of most popular street food in indial it was a ideal snake and starters. honey chilli potato  made with deep fing fried potatoser coated with corn flour and wheat flour and serving with vegetables  and sausages.





INGREDIENTS 


potato 500gm

garlic pine chopped 1 tsp

ginger 1 tea tsp

onion 

capsicum 

wheat flour 2 tsp 

corn flour 2 tsp 

white pepper ½ tsp 

black pepper ½

salt to taste 

sugar 1 tps

eromate ½

tomato ketchup 2 rsp

suger ⅓ tea spoon 

sesame seedss 1 tsp 

spring onion

oil 2 tsp 

honey 2 tsp 

green chilli pinechopped 

soya souce 1 tea spoon 




METHOD OF PREPARATION 


let's start start and see how to make honey chilli potato.

firstly peel potatoes and wash properly.and same as same size and shape cut the slice thin strip of equal. thickness now remse ones and add potatoes to boiling water 

for 2 to 3 mint. 


Drain from water completely.take a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoon of corn flour 1 tablespoon of wheat flour toss well caot of potatoes set a side 

Let's prepared a better firstly take a mixing bowl little set give it a mix quickly at water and prepare batter nithar thick nor watery. Heat enough out in a pan and fride our fingers after deeping in a better  4 to 6 minutes in a medium flame until it look Golden and crispy as it get fried and turn crispy it will easily get separated with less effort.


Now take a second pen and add oil and garlic ginger and green chillies and stair until garlic start to turn Golden. then after that. Add chopped onion and capsicum and soute for a minute it's retain the crunchiness do not over cook a now add  add white paper black paper eromate powder sugar salt soya sauce tomato ketchup. After that 2 to 3 tablespoon water if two thick and mix will well cook now Pride your finger one more time for the extra crunch.


you can add ½ control dissolve in a water in previous step this is ensure a balance test is well as more soucey base. Now mix quickly quote all potato fingers once coated will drizzle honey.

Now you are chilli potato is ready to serve immediately. Ganesh with some sesome seeds and spring onions.
