ABOUT?. Hara Bhara Kabab is a very popular snack of North Indian fried patties made with spinach, peas and potatoes. This word means a kabab full of greens. INGREDIENTS
1 bunch palak leaves
½carret cup
½courliflower cup
2 tsp oil
1 green chili / hari mirch (finely chopped) 1 capsicum (finely chopped
¾ cup beans (chopped)
¾ cup peas (fresh / frozen)
2 potato (boiled
ginger garlic past ⅓tsp
¾ cup paneer / cottage cheese
crumbled
3 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
½ tsp kashmiri chili powder
lal mirch powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
salt to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs (to coat)
8 cashews (halved)
oil for deep frying
fry penut ½cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Let's take a 2 kadai for a blanching our palak and all vegetables after pine chopped all the vegetables separately.
After that taking out side to sometime rest for cooling completely.
Extra water please excuses from both of parts our vegetables it should be a dry and soft.
blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak.transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl.also add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves.
further add corn flour and breadcrumbs.
add in the spices fry penut and all the masle vegitable ginger garlic past salt.mix well.
grease hands with oil and make a small patties.
cover the patties with bread crumbsand garnish with cashew.
now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil.
fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally hara bhara kabab do not take much time to cook. soon as the cashew turn golden brown take off the kabab.
drain the fried hara bhara kabab onto the plate. finally, Agar Hara Bhara Kabab is ready to serve save with ketchup and green chutney.
