DAHI KAKAB / RESTAURANT STYLE DAHI KAKAB








ABOUT?. 

Dahi kabab translution dish form of yogurt kababs where Dahi is a Hindi word for Curd Indian yogurt) and Kabab here means a Patty. Also known as Dahi ke kabab, these are vegetarian patties made with curd as the primary ingredient. Various ingredients like spices, herbs  are used to flavor them. its fomous starter in indiadn Restorant.



INGREDIENTS 


bread slice 5-6

white pepper 1 tsp

black pepper crushed ½

salt to taste 

corieander leave 

green chilli pine chopped 

onion pine chopped 

capsicum bell pepper 

carrat pine chopped 

hung curd 200 grm 


EXTRA ITEM


one stretchble polythene or cloth  for rolling  our dahi kabab.



METHOD OF PREPARATION 


To make the curd kebabs, first of all our curd came out in a bowl and after add our vegetables and spices to it, keep all the mixture of this mixd well with your hands and take a side.


Now take a polythene or cloth for our roll making and do not make any problem in the fold of water, but our curd kebabs noe bread slices, sprinkle some  water, now keep your curd kebab masala and fold it slowly and make a good roll by making it a good roll, now our curd kebabs are well made from the ends of the do Side  and press that he takes his shape well and kept the  polithene or cloth open to become a proper roll and pressed borh side.


Take a heavy bottom pan now and heat oil in  medium heat and fried roll until its looked golden and crispy our dahi kabab is ready to steve serve with green chutny and kachumbar.
