Carlota de fresa and carlota de limon  is a both are icebox cake that is popular in Mexico. It consists of a silky.there 's no baking required so it's super easy to make.



For Carlota di Fresa


INGREDIENTS 


Sweetened Condensed Milk 400 ml

Evaporated Milk 350 ml

Lemon 4 pec. 

Strawberries 500 gms

Maria/Marie Biscuits 30 pec. 

Mint sprigs for garnish


Method of Preparation

In a blender, mix milks, lemon juice and 1/3 cup strawberries until smooth.

Arrange Maria/Marie cookies in a single layer on the bottom and sides of pan. Pour  

a layer milk mixture over cookies, making sure the cookies are completely covered, top with a layer of sliced strawberries and a second layer of cookies. Repeat layering. Top with remaining milk mixture. Freeze for approximately 4 hours to overnight or until 

set. Garnish with strawberries and mint sprigs.

INGREDIENTS 


Lemon 5 pec. 

Evaporated Milk 350 ml

Sweetened Condensed Milk 400 ml

Marie Biscuits 30 pec. 


Method of Preparation



Blend the two types of milk together with the lemon juice and set aside. 

In a glass baking dish, put one layer of cookies along the bottom, covering the 

entire bottom of the pan. Cover the first layer with part of the sweet sauce Repeat 

until the cookies are gone, finishing with a final layer of sweet sauce. 

Freeze for at least 2 hours and serve.
