Red Souce Recipe |
Ingredients
500 gram tomato puree
50 gram red chilli sauce
1 Table spoon butter
2 Table spoon finely chopped garlic.
30 gram red tomatoes sauce
1/2 Table sugar
salt to taste
black pepper 1/2 table. spoon
oregano 1 table spoon
chilli flakes. 1 table spoon
Process
Boil 500 gram tomatoes for 10 seconds .
Then immediately transffer them to Ice cold water.
Peal the tomatoes skin
Now make a fine paste of these
tomatoes in a mixer.
Now in a pan over heat put 1 table spoon butter heated butter.
thane 2 table spoon finely chopped garlic to the saute then add tomato paste to pan and red chilli sauce 100 gram also add 30 gram red tomato sauce .
Now add 1/2 table spoon sugar & salt to taste thane add 1/2 tabke spoon black pepper 1 table spoon oregano + 1 tea spoon 1 tea spoon chilli flakes.and Cook 3 to 5 minutes the source ready to use
