pepper paneer




                         Ingredients




butter 1 tab

bay leave 1 

pine chopped garlic 1 tab 

paneer dice 200 grm 

white pepper 1/4tea spoon 

black pepper 1/4tea spoon 

salt 

white flour 1 tab  

1 cup milk 

fresh cream 4 tab spoon 


                            Process


take a non stick pan add 1 tab spoon butter in low flame add 1 bay leave  and pine chopped garlic 1tab frie it until goss light brown  then add a paneer dise and frie 2 to 3 mint now add a 1tab wheat flour (maida)





And stair minimum 1  mint  now add 2 cup milk and.  half cup water  1/4 tea spoon white peper  1/4 tea spoon crushed black pepper   salt to tast 




cream 4 tab spoon parsley 1 to 2 leave now get it in high flam and stair continuously 2 to 3 min   your pepper pneer is ready to eat surve in bowl.   




garnish with black peper and coriander leave and parsley leave with and some fried cashew.



preparation time :5 to 10 min

making time.     :15 to 22 mint
